The type of care we provide depends on your individual needs. Starting with a minimum of four hours, you have the option of day care, short term care to cover a holiday or recovery from an illness, and long term accommodation.

Giving you access to the medical and personal care that you need, in the comfort of our home-from-home environment. Our qualified team can support you while you recover from an operation or illness, as well as individuals with long term health conditions and the early onset of dementia.

End of life care
We are committed to making people at the end of their life feel safe, at peace and pain free, with sensitive care and support for both them and their loved ones.

Respite care
If you need temporary care to cover a loved one’s holiday or other arrangements, we can help with a short term stay, from half a day to a few weeks.

  • We keep you fully involved in the decisions about your care Your detailed care plan covers your medical history, nutritional needs, current medications, as well as your interests and life experiences, ensuring it is completely personalised to your needs and preferences. This is reviewed regularly and updated if there are any changes in your health.
  • We provide effective, responsive care that caters for your particular requirements. All day to day aspects of your life at Fourways are recorded electronically on our secure system, Nourish. This gives our staff easy access to important information such as daily medication and dietary records, ensuring we are up to date and providing you with everything you need. From adjustable beds to hoists, we have all the necessary equipment and aids to make you comfortable and assist in your daily care.
  • We make sure you have access to health professionals when needed Your healthcare professionals, such as GP, dentist or optician, can visit you at Fourways. For medical appointments outside the home, our wheelchair accesible vehicle service provides free transport and we are able to accompany you to these when needed. We work in partnership with other healthcare providers and have good links with those in the local area.
